Who we are:
A group of parents who care deeply about our school
What we do:
Meet monthly to plan various community, fundraising and school appreciation events to benefit the School’s staff and students
When we meet:
The 3rd Monday of every month from 5:30-7:30.
(Sometimes meetings are moved to the 2nd Monday, depending on the school’s schedule.)
Where we meet:
The Vine Coffee house on N. Jefferson street
Why we need you:
“Many hands make light work”. In the previous year, 3-4 people coordinated and executed each school event.
That’s a huge load for a few people! And we need your help!
If each family adopts at least 1 event during the year,
it will make the workload lighter for each volunteer and also help make it more of a success.
So please consider joining us at these monthly meetings!
If you can’t make each meeting, that’s fine-just come to the next one!
We will communicate regularly with parents via email and letters sent home with your student.
